A useful request explains both the product category and the operating context. For eyewear, note whether fogging, tint, reader magnification, dust or impact language is the main concern. For hearing protection, include whether the request involves disposable plugs, banded plugs, custom molded options, earmuffs, NRR dB comparison or training consistency. For hard hats, mention Type I or Type II expectations, electrical class needs and suspension replacement questions.
